It is important that everyone feels like their ideas, contributions and presence is valued at all levels in any organization. We all spend so much of our lives in our work place, it is important that it is a safe space where you can grow and prosper.
What can this council count on you for?
Having worked as a Social worker, Clinical Counsellor, served in the Military and now as a leader with Orkin Canada, I hope to bring a varied perspective to the Workplace Inclusion Council.
