Why is this initiative important to you?
Prior to joining Rollins in 2007, I was involved with other Diversity Initiatives. It was always my hope to be apart of DE&I at Rollins. I have always felt included and respected here and am excited to be a part of an effort to ensure all other employees feel the same.
What can this council count on you for?
To courageously support DE&I at Rollins both internally and externally.
