Rollins LogoStrategic Pillars

Inclusion in the workplace is the center of any successful business. At Rollins, we can maximize the benefits of diversity in teams by cultivating “diversity mindsets,” defined as the shared understanding of a team’s diversity and its positive benefits to group performance. When our employees feel both included and that their employer supports diversity, trust and engagement is increased, talent is retained and productivity is maximized.

We have identified four strategic pillars as part of our Rollins Workplace Inclusion initiative that represent our focus areas and commitment to inclusion in various aspects of the business and beyond.

WORKPLACE

Building Culture & Capability

Encourage healthy environment, where backgrounds, perspectives and experiences are valued.

MARKETPLACE

Growing the Business

Ensuring diversity in suppliers, marketing efforts and product services to clients.

WORKFORCE

Developing our Talent

Building a diverse talent pipeline with development programs and providing impactful associate engagement.

COMMUNITY

Enhancing our Brand

Being a good corporate citizen, one should demonstrate social responsibility through community leadership and volunteerism.
